Michael Dubis is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM) and President of Michael A. Dubis Financial Planning, LLC, a locally owned & nationally recognized fee-only financial planning & investment management firm. Mike serves clients as their Family CFO, coordinating the financial planning, investments, and advisory team in the clients’ best interests.

Prior to Financial Planning, Mike served as a Development Analyst and Manager for financing and developing multifamily residential communities throughout Wisconsin and Iowa.
Graduate of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate and Urban Land Economics program.
Mike completes his life with his wife Shelley, two children, and their dogs & cat. He prides himself on being present with his wife and kids, cherishing the sound of little feet while he still can.
When on his own, he's an avid reader, health nut, enjoys photography, gardening, outdoors, is obsessed with downhill skiing, and devotes any remaining time to his pursuit of perfecting his fly-fishing skills.
Sue is the founder of Delegated Planning. Sue works behind-the-scenes with me to develop financial plans for clients. Sue has completed thousands of financial plans over the last two decades. Sue is well aware that crunching numbers is not really what financial planning is all about.
"I focus on positioning the advisor to understand the pressing issues, work through various strategies to tackle them, and clearly communicate the necessary actions without overwhelming the client. The delivery of advice and the ability to implement the agreed upon recommendations are the heart of financial planning. Honestly, I just love helping others, whether that’s clients, advisors or (ideally) both."
Sue graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and earned a master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. Sue attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM) designation over 10 years ago. Sue continues to expand her planning knowledge through various memberships in study groups, attending conferences and webinars, as well as reading and listening to industry media. Sue is also member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and directs the Denver local study group, which meets bi-monthly to discuss relevant topics and collaborate with our peers.
Similar to Melanie, Sue works virtually, out of her home base near Denver.
"I love the outdoors and in fact, I’ve discovered that I’m solar-powered. Warming in the sun truly recharges me. This might include hiking/biking, snowboarding/snowshoeing, or just enjoying a book on the porch. Anytime that I can be outside is a fantastic day!
Intellectual capital is nothing without meticulous attention to the details. Melanie brings more than a decade of experience in administrative operations and client service for a variety of wealth advisor firms. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from University of California - Los Angeles.
Melanie works with us as a virtual operation manager. She is the founder and ongoing president of Virtual Partners Group (VPG). With over 15 years of Operations experience, Melanie continues to create a space where virtual technology and operations collide, changing the face of back office as we know it at VPG.
In a nod toward the miracle of modern day efficiencies, Melanie will be working for you virtually, out of her home base near Los Angeles.
Melanie oversees operations and client administration. Clients enjoy continued personal access to Mike while Melanie oversees the details on matters such as account maintenance, office administration and a variety of other service needs.
When she’s not busy thinking of things for the team to do, you may find her with her husband Ricky and their two kids, or traveling the state on an adventurous quilt run.
